Cost depends on components, complexity and which deliverables you need, so we quote after understanding your requirement.
Infrared sensors under each parking slot report whether it is occupied. A controller keeps a running count of free spaces and shows it on a display at the entrance, and the servo barrier only lifts when at least one slot is free.
Refusing entry when the lot is full is the feature that gives the project its logic. Without it you have a counter; with it you have a system that makes a decision, and that decision is what an examiner will ask you to justify.
The model is built as a multi-slot layout on a board with the entry and exit lanes marked, so the whole cycle — approach, barrier, park, count update — can be demonstrated on a table in about thirty seconds.
The standard build has six slots, which demonstrates the logic clearly and stays portable. More slots are possible — tell us before the build starts, since it changes the board size and the pin count.
Yes, in the IoT variant built on an ESP32. Ask on WhatsApp if you need the connected version.
