This website has no user accounts, no login and no database. It does not collect or store personal information about you. The requirement form runs entirely in your browser and hands you over to WhatsApp — nothing you type is submitted to a server belonging to this site.
When you contact Projects Point by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive whatever you choose to send: typically your name, mobile number, institution, course and project requirement. We use that only to answer your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to deliver the project. We do not sell it, rent it or pass it to anyone for marketing.
Messages sent through WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy, not ours. Please do not send documents you consider confidential, and do not send anything you are not permitted to share.
The form on the custom project page validates your entries in your browser, formats them into a readable message and opens WhatsApp with that message pre-filled. There is no API endpoint behind it, no database write and no email dispatch. If you close the page before sending, nothing has gone anywhere.
Where Google Analytics 4 is enabled, it records anonymous usage statistics — pages viewed, how visitors arrived, approximate location at city level, and interactions such as tapping a WhatsApp or call button. This is used to understand which pages are useful. It does not identify you personally, and no analytics script is loaded at all if the measurement ID is not configured.
You can block analytics with browser settings or an extension, and the site will work normally.
This site sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics, when enabled, sets its own cookies to distinguish repeat visits. The Google Maps embed on the contact page may also set cookies under Google's policies.
These services have their own privacy policies. We do not control what they collect once you interact with them.
Many of our customers are school students. We ask that anyone under 18 involves a parent or guardian when contacting us and when arranging payment or collection. We do not knowingly collect more information about a young person than is needed to answer an enquiry.
Because we hold no account data, there is nothing to log in to and nothing to delete on this site. If you have sent us messages and would like us to delete the conversation and any details you shared, ask us at hello@projectspoint.in and we will do so, subject to any records we are required to keep for a completed order.
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
