Most enquiries start with a topic sheet or an approved synopsis and a deadline that is closer than it should be. The first useful thing we can do is tell you honestly whether that topic is buildable in the time available, and what it would actually involve.

Scope first, hardware second. Before anything is ordered or written, we agree what the project has to demonstrate, which components it needs and what you will receive at the end. That conversation takes twenty minutes and prevents most of the problems that show up in week three.
Projects are built to be handled by a student, not only by whoever made them. Wiring is routed and terminated properly rather than left as loose jumpers, thresholds are adjustable and labelled, and firmware is commented so you can read it rather than just run it. If a sensor needs re-tuning the morning of your exhibition, you should be able to do it yourself.
A project that works but cannot be explained will not survive a viva. So the handover covers the working principle, why each major component was chosen, and — importantly — what the limitations are. Knowing the limitations is usually what separates a confident viva from an uncomfortable one.
We will also say when a topic is a bad idea for your timeline, when a simpler approach would score better, and when a project is better done in simulation than in hardware. That is more useful than agreeing to everything.
We build models, kits and prototypes and teach students how they work. We do not sit examinations, impersonate students, or promise particular marks, and we expect students to understand what they are submitting and to follow their institution's rules on outside assistance. If your college requires disclosure of external help, disclose it.
What to expect

If your college has already approved a topic, send the synopsis. Most of what we build is made to a specific brief rather than picked off a shelf.
Arduino, ESP32, robotics, electrical and software. We recommend the platform that suits your syllabus and your deadline, including saying when a simpler approach is the right one.
Collection and handover in person, so a loose wire or a sensor that needs re-tuning before your exhibition is a short trip rather than a courier problem.
Every handover covers the working principle, the component choices and the likely failure points, so you can present and defend the project yourself.
Send your topic and deadline and you get a realistic reply — including when a topic will not work in the time available, which is more useful than a yes.
Process
Message the project name or your topic on WhatsApp, along with your class or course and your submission date. A photo of the topic sheet or synopsis is enough to start.
We check the topic is buildable in the time you have and agree what the project must demonstrate, which components it needs and what you will receive at the end.
Once the scope is clear you get a cost and a realistic completion date. Nothing is ordered or started until you confirm.
The project is built, wired properly and tested — robots on more than one surface, sensors calibrated, code commented. You get progress updates on WhatsApp.
